PCD金剛石拉絲模坯是金剛石微粉在結合劑作用下,采用高溫高壓工藝燒結而成。在燒結過程中,金剛石微晶顆粒間形成高強度的金剛石鍵,把金剛石微粉顆粒強烈地結合在一起,形成聚晶金剛石(PCD)。PCD金剛石拉絲模坯,既具有很高的耐磨性、硬度及導熱性,又具有良好的機械強度和韌性,適用于拉制銅、鋁、鎳、鎢等有色金屬、不銹鋼及各種合金線材棒材管材等。

我公司PCD拉絲模坯料分為TCD、CD和SD三大系列,根據拉絲應用的需要,每種系列均有1微米、3微米、5微米、10微米、15微米及2O微米等粒度的拉絲模坯供用戶選用。
TCD系列
特征:是金剛石微粉在鈷基結合劑作用下采用高溫高壓工藝將金剛石微粉與硬質合金支撐環緊密地燒結為一體,由支撐環來提高模坯的抗裂強度,因此這類產品能夠承受更高強度及速度的拉拔,拉絲光潔度高,TCD系列模坯須在650℃以下鑲套,可用電火花、激光和超聲波等方法打孔成型。
用途:適用于高速拉制銅、鋁、鎳、鎢等有色金屬、不銹鋼及各類合金線材棒材等硬質材料和直徑較粗的材料。
CD系列
特征:金剛石微粉在鈷基結合劑作用下采用高溫高壓工藝燒結而成,無硬質合金外環支撐,拉絲光潔度高,CD系列模坯須在650℃以下鑲套,可用電火花、激光和超聲波等方法打孔成型,CD系列分為CDR(圓形)和CDH(六方形)兩種。
用途:適用于拉制銅、鋁、鎳、鎢等有色金屬及各類合金線材棒材等硬質材料和直徑較細的材料。
SD系列
特征:金剛石微粉在硅基結合劑作用下采用高溫高壓工藝燒結而成,SD系列模坯可在1000℃高溫下鑲套,非導電性,不可用電火花打孔成型。
用途:適用于拉制銅、鋁絞線模,和消耗量較大的賤金屬,如鋼絲、鐵絲等。
